The Boys and Girls Club of the Hi-Desert is led by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. The leadership staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club, including the implementation of its programs and services.

The leadership staff is committed to the club's mission of enabling all young people to reach their full potential. The staff works tirelessly to provide young people with the opportunities they need to succeed in school, in life, and in their communities.

The leadership staff is made up of a variety of professionals, including:

• Executive Director: The executive director is responsible for the overall leadership of the club. The executive director sets the club's vision and ensures that the club's programs and services are aligned with its mission.

• Program Directors: The program directors are responsible for the development and implementation of the club's programs and services. The program directors work with young people to help them develop their skills, talents, and interests.

• Staff Members: The staff members are responsible for providing direct care to young people. The staff members work with young people to help them succeed in school, make positive choices, and develop healthy relationships.
